What areas do you service?
As of now we are currently serving, Rockford, Loves Park, Machesney Park, Belvidere, Roscoe, Rockton, Cherry Valley, Winnebago, Durand, South Beloit, and Pecatonica
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as we have access in and out of your yard, you do not need to be home
How many dogs does your service cover?
We don't have a limit on how many dogs we will service, we just add $2/ service for every dog that you have
What if I need to skip a week or reschedule?
We charge on a monthly subscription basis, and we don't give refund for cancellations, because the next time we show up we have twice the amount of waste to pick up to make up for the missed week
Do you take the waste with you?
Yes, we remove and dispose of all of the waste ourselves
Do you guys secure the gates?
Yes, if you have a gate, after every service you will get a picture of your gate being closed,
Do we provide service in bad weather?
We come out to service as much as we can, the rain is hardly ever an issue, but extreme cold and snow can be, sometimes the snow will make it to where we can't provide a good service due to lack of visibility, and sometime in the extreme cold to waste becomes frozen to the ground and impossible to scoop.
Are there contracts or long term commitments?
No, we base everything off monthly subscriptions, we send out our invoices at the beginning of the month every month for one month subscriptions.
Is it safe for my dogs and my lawn?
Yes, we make sure that after every single service we disinfect our equipment with a kennel grade disinfectant.
